CDO Group has executed over 61 open-store remodels for Red Lobster across the U.S., carefully managing everything—from design development and site surveys to equipment installation and turnover (“Open Store Remodel: construction management, design development, site surveys, sign-off process, order equipment, turnover, punchlist”). These projects have ranged from smaller bathroom upgrades to larger-scale transformations incorporating design elements like stone towers and refreshed nautical themes, all while maintaining restaurant operations during construction. By working closely with brand operations teams, CDO Group helped Red Lobster modernize its aesthetic and improve guest experience at pace and scale nationwide.
