CDO Group has been instrumental in scaling It’s A Grind Coffee House—which began in 1994 and has since expanded to over 100 locations across multiple states —by managing hundreds of new store constructions and franchise rollouts. We established streamlined processes presented at franchise conventions, aligned franchisees and the franchisor, and introduced a structured three-day startup system—with a setup package at around $25,000—that helped franchisees launch stores swiftly and consistently. Through this high-touch support and operational rigor, CDO Group empowered It’s A Grind to bring its cozy, community-forward coffeehouse experience to life nationwide.
