CDO Group supported CVS Pharmacy through a sweeping nationwide remodel and new-build initiative—completing hundreds of projects as part of CVS’s transformation into HealthHUB and modern retail formats. From 2015 onward, CVS launched a major rollout to convert approximately 1,500 stores into HealthHUBs—enhancing wellness-focused services like expanded MinuteClinic spaces, lab areas, and community health rooms—all while keeping operations running. CDO handled the entire construction management spectrum—site surveys, scheduling, turnaround, and turnover—ensuring brand alignment and minimal disruptions during live in-store remodels. Through this high-volume program, CDO enabled CVS to refresh layouts, reinvigorate its customer experience, and reinforce its health-first positioning across its national footprint.
